Craig Sweeney is an industry veteran, bringing 20 years of financial experience in the food services industry to Spectra. In his role, he oversees finance departments for Spectra’s Venue Management and Food Services & Hospitality divisions and fuels new innovation with the creation of effective tools and data to measure and drive client success. Sweeney leads Spectra’s focus on enterprise-wide financial excellence, operational growth, and risk management.
Prior to joining Spectra, Sweeney served as the Vice President of Finance for the PulteGroup located in Basking Ridge, NJ. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with ARAMARK in a variety of finance leadership roles, including Associate Vice President, Finance. His experience also includes various university dining leadership roles. Among his accomplishments, Craig has led large-scale transformations, including strategic redesign of labor management process standards, work rules, and performancereporting guidelines. He also led financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, as well as compliance and internal controls.
Sweeney received a Bachelor of Science degree from Johnson & Wales University and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from The State University of New York at Albany.
President, Wells Fargo Complex, Spectra Concert Touring & Events Spectra International Operations
John Page oversees all aspects of the Wells Fargo Center and the surrounding Wells Fargo Complex. Page also serves on Spectra’s Executive Committee.
Prior to being named president in July 2015, he had been President of Spectra Venue Management (previously Global Spectrum), since February 2014. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Global Spectrum since October 2004.
With emphasis on the Wells Fargo Center and Complex, Page works closely with both the surrounding community and the national sports and entertainment industry. He also oversees Comcast Spectacor’s partnership interest at Xfinity Live!, as well as the company’s four Flyers Skate Zone locations. He also has operational oversight responsibility for “Spectra Presents,” the company’s concert and touring business, and the company’s venue management investments outside of North America.
Page received his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in 1988 and a Masters of Science from USC in 1990. He and his wife, Kellie, and their three children reside in West Chester, PA.
Division Senior Vice President, Central Division, Spectra Venue Management and Food Service & Hospitality
As Division Senior Vice President, Shura Garnett is responsible for overseeing the Central Division of Spectra’s Venue Management and Food and Hospitality operations including convention centers, arenas, and food and beverage operations. She is also responsible for the development and implementation of Spectra’s national sales initiatives for all convention centers.
With more than 20 years of industry experience, Garnett has held positions as a Regional Vice President for Spectra, General Manager of the St. Charles Convention Center, Director and CEO of the Midland Convention Center, and Vice President of Visitor Development for the Midland Chamber of Commerce.
She is currently a Board Member of Trade Show Executives Exposition Forecasting Board. Formerly, Garnett was on the Board of Directors for the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce and was elected to the Texas Department of Economic Development’s Tourism Advisory Committee. As part of her IAVM activities, she served as Chair of the IAVM Convention Center Committee, member of the Industry Affairs Committee, member of the Board of Governors, Chair of the Board of Education, and Chair of the Diversification Committee. She was elected first Vice President of the IAVM and worked her way through the chairs to become the Chairman of the Board of the IAVM in 2009.
She is a current member of ASAE, IAEE, IAVM, MPI, and PCMA. She is the recipient of the 2008 St. Charles Zonta Yellow Rose Award, the Venues Today 2008 “Women of Influence” award, the 2005 IAVM Presidential Citation, and the 2014 Charles A McElravy Award. Facilities and Destinations has named her as an Elite Convention Center Executive for 2 years in a row.
Senior Vice President, Arenas and Stadiums, Spectra Venue Management and Food Service & Hospitality
Mike Scanlon, an industry veteran and a company leader since 1998, is Spectra’s Senior Vice President, Arenas and Stadiums. Scanlon provides enterprise leadership around Spectra’s arena and stadium business. In addition, he oversees 45 Spectra facilities in the Northeast, with three regional VPs reporting to him.
He was previously Regional VicePresident of Spectra’s New England Region. With more than 22 years of industry experience, Scanlon has served as General Manager of the Talen Energy Stadium, Sun National Bank Center, the Rose Garden Arena (now Moda Center), and Chaifetz Arena.
He is a recipient of the 2005 and 2006 Venues Today Rose Quarter “Hall of Headlines” award for venue bookings. Scanlon was also Spectra’s General Manager of the Year in 2002 and received Oregon Business Magazine’s “50 Great Leaders in Oregon” distinction in 2006. He is an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM).
Scanlon received a bachelor’s degree from Salem State University. He received his Master of Science in sports management from Northeastern University and is a graduate of the IAVM School of Venue Management.
Senior Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations, Spectra Venue Management and Food Services & Hospitality
Todd Glickman is responsible for developing new business and on-going relationships for Global Spectrum with premier venues in North America.
Over his 25 years in the industry, Glickman has served in several roles throughout Comcast Spectacor, with a focus on group sales and sustainable business growth.
Glickman earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, NY.
Executive Vice President, Business Development and Client Relations, Spectra
Frank Russo oversees the development of new management contracts for arenas, convention and exposition centers, fairgrounds, stadiums, and other public assembly venues, as well as ongoing client relations and business retention.
With his 30 years of experience, Russo has held key executive roles at large venues across North America, most recently serving as the Vice President for Sales and Client Services at Ogden Entertainment.
Russo holds a bachelor’s degree from St. Michael’s College in Vermont, as well as a master’s degree from the University of Connecticut. He served with the 76th Division in the US Army Reserve from 1970-1976.
Director Business Development and Client Relations
Peter Zingoni is responsible for developing new business and ongoing relationships for Spectra Venue Management with premier venues in North America.
Prior to his current role, Zingoni worked as an event manager at Wells Fargo Center. He also serves on the board of the Professional Hockey Players Association.
Zingoni holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, from Providence College in Rhode Island.
Vice President, Concert Touring and Events
Brock Jones works closely with Spectra management and regional vice presidents to bring a variety of performers to Spectra-managed venues, as well as assisting Spectra Ticketing with booking opportunities.
A 23-year veteran of the industry, Jones served as the Vice President of Booking at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, TN, prior to joining Spectra.
Jones holds a bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University and attended law school at the University of the Pacific.
Vice President, Marketing Spectra Venue Management
Bob Schwartz oversees all advertising placement, promotions, marketing, publicity, and group sales for Comcast Spectacor and Spectra Venue Management. Over his 24 years in the industry, Schwartz has managed the marketing efforts of arenas all over the world, from London, England, to Los Angeles, CA. Schwartz holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from the University of Massachusetts.
Vice President, Ticketing, Spectra Venue Management
Jacquelyn Holowaty is Vice President, Ticketing, Spectra Venue Management. She works with the company’s ticketing division, Spectra Ticketing & Fan Engagement (formerly Paciolan), to help integrate ticketing technology and create revenue-generating concepts for the company’s clients. She joined Spectra in 2004 at Budweiser Events Center in Loveland, CO, where she helped open the venue and establish box office procedures. She then transferred to the company-managed South Okanagan Events Centre in Penticton, B.C. in 2008 and opened the Abbotsford (B.C.) Entertainment & Sports Centre in 2009. She became Assistant General Manager of the facility in 2012 and then moved to assist in opening the 10,000-seat PPL Center in Allentown, PA. Holowaty is from Pueblo, CO and received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resources Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She and her husband, Shayne, and their son, Cody, reside in Philadelphia.
Vice President, Public Relations
Ike Richman manages all Public Relations for Spectra Venue Management and Comcast Spectacor.
In his more than 23 years of experience, Richman has spearheaded public relations for World Cup of Hockey, Stanley Cup Finals, NBA All-Star weekend, NBA Finals, NCAA Regionals and Championships, US Figure Skating Championships, and the Republican National Convention.
Richman earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland.
Vice President, Operations
Michael Ahearn oversees the Wells Fargo Center Operations Department, as well as facility operations and consulting at Spectra-managed venues.
In his more than 23 years of experience, Ahearn has held key operations management roles at venues around the world, making stops in places like Sheffield, England, Jacksonville, FL, and Philadelphia, PA.
Ahearn holds a bachelor’s degree from Widener University in Chester, PA.
Vice President, Finance
Kenneth Wajda is responsible for all financial aspects of Spectra Venue Management, as well as the management and consulting operations at Spectra venues.
With 21 years in the accounting industry, Wajda is a certified public accountant, previously serving as the Director of Taxation for Comcast-Spectacor.
Wajda earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from The College of New Jersey.

David Leibowitz manages the financial aspects of new business development including projections for new and prospective venues.
Prior to joining Spectra, Leibowitz served as the Executive Director of Financial Analysis and Planning for SMG.

Brian Rothenberg provides legal support and oversight for Comcast Spectacor and its affiliated entities, including Spectra.
In his more than 12 years of experience, Rothenberg was previously an associate at Stradley, Ronon, Stevens & Young LLP, a full-service law firm based in Philadelphia. Rothenberg holds a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and a juris doctorate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, Comcast Spectacor
Alice Fei oversees all areas of human resources and payroll, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, development, compensation, compliance, and employee communications for Spectra and Comcast Spectacor.
A 19-year veteran of the industry, Alice previously served as Executive Director of Human Resources, Technology and Product, at Comcast Cable in Philadelphia, PA.
Fei earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in leadership from Villanova University.
