Kim Damron leads the development and execution of the division’s client services and operations strategy. Prior to her current role, Damron was Vice President Business Development and Marketing at Tickets.com and previously Vice President Vendor Marketing and Co-op Advertising Sales at Buy.com, and began her career as Director of National Advertising at Paramount Pictures.

Jane Kleinberger co-founded Paciolan in 1980 and has served in multiple capacities during her tenure, including CEO and Chairman of the Board.

Kleinberger’s work today focuses on both client and industry relations, and she is a key member of the senior management team focused on strategic development.

Steve Shaw oversees all day-to-day financial aspects of the company, including strategy, financial reporting, budgeting, accounting, taxation and treasury functions.

Steve Demots oversees the sales team responsible for developing new business opportunities and solidifying long-term partnerships across all client genres.
Demots has held key executive roles during his 20-year tenure in the ticketing industry, previously serving as Vice President of Professional Sports, Arenas and Partnerships for Paciolan from 2003-08, establishing numerous long-term relationships, including the inception of many regional ticketing partnerships.
Prior to his current role, Demots was the Senior Vice President of Business Development at Tickets.com from 2008-12.

Keith White oversees the product management, product development, design, engineering and quality assurance for the Paciolan Platform.
White brings more than 25 years of experience as a technologist with a product focus, including the last 11 years in leadership roles in the ticketing and fan experience industry. He specializes in developing industry leading technology, including native mobile experiences, and moving to cloud-based solutions.
Prior to his current role, White served as senior vice president of engineering at Ticketmaster, where he built product teams and led more than 250 people across multiple offices in the United States and Canada. White also served as director of engineering at Tickets.com.

Craig Ricks oversees all corporate marketing initiatives, including strategic marketing programs, client marketing, conferences, public relations, branding and advertising.

Lewis leads the business development team which develops long-term relationships across all genres including college athletics, professional sports & arenas and performing arts organizations. Lewis has over 15 years’ experience in live entertainment serving in leadership roles at Terrapin Sports Marketing at the University of Maryland, CBS College Sports Properties, and at Cardinal Sports Properties at Stanford University.

Geib previously held positions within the ticketing industry at Tickets.com and Select Technologies.

Mark DiMaurizio oversees PAC Marketing Automation’s innovative and creative uses of sales and marketing technologies to cultivate, develop and retain customers, as well as the company’s CRM, database marketing and customer insight and planning functions.
DiMaurizio, a 20-year veteran of the sports and entertainment industry, previously served as Vice President of Technology Solutions for Comcast Spectacor integrating and managing technology for the Philadelphia Flyers and Wells Fargo Center. DiMaurizio also previously was the Director of IT CRM and Team Technology for the NBA.
